Check it out.<\/p>\n<h3>The client: Banco Modal<\/h3>\n<p>Founded in 1995, Banco Modal is a financial well-being ecosystem operating in the asset market with current account, credit and investment operations.<\/p>\n<p>Implementing Aruba's SD-WAN solution and a new datacenter structure in the colocation model, Conversys was part of Banco Modal's transition project to an automated network, resulting in optimized customer service.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 aria-level=\"\\&quot;3\\&quot;\">Strategic solution to increase the quality of products and services on offer<\/h3>\n<p>Any company planning to expand its services, grow its business and improve the user experience, for example, also needs to think about aspects such as processing capacity, internet bandwidth and data storage structure.<\/p>\n<p>Replacing outdated models with more agile, reliable, secure and stable technologies has the power to put organizations in a favorable position to keep up with the evolution that users, customers and the market itself demand.<\/p>\n<p>For Banco Modal, the solution chosen was a SD-WAN network from Aruba, with support from Conversys.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Video case | Conversys implements Aruba solution at Banco Modal\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/TRT4VHO9UuY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3 aria-level=\"\\&quot;3\\&quot;\">Conversys operates on two fronts: implementation of the SD-WAN Aruba and migration of the datacenter to colocation models<\/h3>\n<h4 aria-level=\"\\&quot;4\\&quot;\"><i>Development, specification and supply of the SD-WAN network solution:\u00a0<\/i><\/h4>\n<p>Considering the large number of devices connected to Banco Modal's systems, as well as the high volume of data traffic required for business development, the implementation of the Software Defined WAN (SD-WAN) was essential to improve network capacity and availability. Only then would it be possible to consider migrating to a new datacenter model.<\/p>\n<p>At Banco Modal, SD-WAN has helped to increase corporate security, speed up the implementation of applications and detect and resolve problems autonomously, before they affect users. It also reduced the response time of the bank's applications and promoted a substantial improvement in bandwidth use, including nightly backups, guaranteeing greater performance.<\/p>\n<h4 aria-level=\"\\&quot;4\\&quot;\"><i>Installation, configuration, support and on-site service for datacenter migration:<\/i><\/h4>\n<p>We also worked on sizing equipment according to Banco Modal's specific needs, planning and organizing the migration to two new data centers under the colocation model. This made it possible to offer greater expansion capacity and data infrastructure.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i>\"This way, database replication time between datacenters is reduced from 6 hours to less than 2 hours,\" says Roger Karam, CTO at Conversys.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Conversys also worked with Banco Modal on operational services and consultative processes aimed at constantly improving the network.<\/p>\n<h3 aria-level=\"\\&quot;3\\&quot;\">Success for Banco Modal: savings, improved communication and optimized customer service<\/h3>\n<p>With an automated long-distance network defined by software that prioritizes the traffic of the most strategic data for the business, Banco Modal was able to improve various internal and external flows.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i>\"We were able to automate processes, optimizing technicians' time, cutting costs and increasing network availability. In addition, the new structure boosts data traffic capacity in our datacenters, allowing more simultaneous access from different locations,\" says Leandro Maximiano Gomes, Banco Modal's technology manager.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The SD-WAN Aruba implemented by Conversys has made it possible to increase the quality of the banking products and services on offer, such as access to the application, web systems and service channels, as well as communication with B3, Brazil's official stock exchange.<\/p>\n<p><strong><i>\"It's important to note that this implementation was crucial to the success of our data center migration project, in which Aruba's new network architecture model provided much more agile migration and replication processes.
