With integrated global leadership in the Combined PET, Fibers and Surfactants segments, the company stands out as one of the world's leading petrochemical producers.<\/p>\n<p>With an approach centered on technology, sustainability and a positive impact on the planet, the company has been accelerating its digital transformation and the new headquarter in S\u00e3o Paulo reflects this progress. The new headquarters was designed to reflect the dynamism of the organization and support an agile, hybrid and globalized operation.<\/p>\n<h4 aria-level=\"&quot;4&quot;\">New workspace, new challenge<\/h4>\n<p>For the company's new headquarter in central S\u00e3o Paulo, the proposal was to create a fully integrated, collaborative environment, with a high turnover of professionals, visitors and devices, where mobility was total and the network invisible - all while operating with maximum stability, security and performance, even though the office is located in one of the places with the highest signal interference in the city: Avenida Paulista.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Among the main challenges identified by our technical and commercial team were:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring Wi-Fi <strong>high availability<\/strong> on all three floors of the building, with uniform coverage and no shady areas;<\/li>\n<li>Enabling a high density of <strong>simultaneous connections,<\/strong> with stable performance even at peak usage;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring <strong>low latency and high scalability<\/strong>allowing essential services to function without interruption;<\/li>\n<li>Incorporate global<strong> security and governance<\/strong>with access segmentation and policies for <em>compliance<\/em> integrated into the cloud;<\/li>\n<li>Complete implementation in <strong>critical deadline<\/strong>and respecting the strict timetable for the move to the new space.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>See also the Video Case with all the history of the project.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Video Case | Conversys designs network for Indovinya&#039;s new HQ with HPE Aruba Networking\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FTO3DtOkbfw?start=1&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3 aria-level=\"&quot;3&quot;\">The solution found: choosing a partner with a reputation for delivering complex connectivity projects<\/h3>\n<p>Faced with this complexity, Indorama Ventures needed a partner that went beyond the technical choice and delivery of the most appropriate technology. It needed a team with real experience in strategic corporate projects, capable of aligning solutions, services and professionals with innovative performance and a long-term vision.<\/p>\n<p>Working in partnership with<strong> HPE Aruba Networking<\/strong>Conversys, a manufacturer recognized worldwide for its portfolio of enterprise networking solutions, has taken on the challenge of proactively collaborating with Indovinya's business and expansion objectives.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"From the first contact, Conversys showed a lot of knowledge of the technology, but also had <strong>customer focus<\/strong>\" - Everton Salviato, IT Infrastructure and Services Manager - South America, Indorama Ventures<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4><strong>Project phases <\/strong><\/h4>\n<h5 aria-level=\"&quot;4&quot;\"><i>1. Predictive site survey<\/i><\/h5>\n<p>The project began with study and planning through the<strong> predictive site survey<\/strong>This is a fundamental stage in ensuring accurate network design, aligned with the physical structure and usage profile of the space.<\/p>\n<p>Conversys experts simulated and studied the <strong>building structure<\/strong>the elements that made up the office space, the <strong>distribution and density<\/strong> expected from users and devices and, above all, the <strong>sources of radio frequency interference<\/strong> in the Avenida Paulista area.<\/p>\n<p>Based on this <strong>mapping<\/strong>The ideal amount of <em>access points<\/em> <em>HPE Aruba Networking<\/em>as well as their models and exact positioning.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>2. Implementing a resilient and scalable network infrastructure<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>With the implementation of the wired ring topology and interconnecting the<em> switches<\/em> via fiber optics, Conversys guaranteed that the network at Indorama's headquarters would not be interrupted, even in the event of equipment failures.<\/p>\n<p>Seeking even greater efficiency and <strong>centralized control of the entire network<\/strong>, all <em>access points and switches<\/em> have been integrated into HPE's cloud-based monitoring and management platform, the <strong>Aruba Central.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>3. Continuous monitoring and support via Conversys Service Center (NOC)\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Once implemented, Indorama's network was monitored by our NOC, the CSC (Conversys Service Center), on a 24\u00d77 basis, including continuous support, maintenance and optimization of all equipment and devices active on the network, with monthly reporting and active incident management.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"The big secret is: having the equipment and also having the engineering prepared to operate it accordingly.\" - Leandro Cibulka, Architecture and Solutions Manager at Conversys IT Solutions<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3 aria-level=\"&quot;3&quot;\">Connectivity commensurate with Indovinya's business challenges<\/h3>\n<p>The new <em>headquarter<\/em> of Indorama Ventures in Brazil, was born prepared for reality <em>\"always on\"<\/em> expected in the coming years.
