🎯 Your Mission
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the network infrastructure, acting in the administration, support, and evolution of connectivity environments.
🎓 What we look for
- Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
- Experience in medium and large-scale LAN/WLAN network administration;
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, STP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and NAC;
- Experience with Cisco and Aruba equipment and security solutions;
- Familiarity with monitoring tools;
- Good analytical skills, organization, and communication;
- Availability for on-site work in São Paulo (Vila Olímpia and occasionally Chácara Santo Antônio).

📋 Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical and logical configurations of the network infrastructure;
- Manage Cisco access, aggregation, and core switches;
- Manage Aruba Access Points;
- Work with Cisco ISE and Palo Alto Firewall solutions;
- Handle medium and high complexity tickets;
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis;
- Support network infrastructure evolution projects;
- Contribute to the technical development of junior analysts.
🚀 Key Features
- CCNA, CCNP, Palo Alto, Aruba Certified certifications or equivalent;
- Experience in high-availability corporate environments;
- Experience with connectivity and network security projects.
