Support Personnel Administration processes, contributing to document management, information control, employee service, and support for Payroll and HR routines.

- Administration

- Accounting

- Related fields
- Estimated completion between 1 and 2 years;
- Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation;
- Knowledge of admission and termination processes;
- Knowledge of time and attendance control and work shift management;
- Basics of corporate benefits and payroll;
- Office package, especially Excel.

📋 Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and integration processes for new employees;
- Organize and update employee documents;
- Assist with electronic time tracking control;
- Support payroll routines;
- Support benefits administration;
- Assist employees in clarifying questions related to the Human Resources/Payroll Department;
- Control physical and digital files;
- Support vacation, leave, and termination processes.
🚀 Key Features
- Knowledge of payroll systems (ADP and Feedz);
- Previous experience in administrative activities;
- Intermediate Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and basic formulas).
